We practice the most common styles of yoga that help achieve peace and harmony within your body
  • Hatha Yoga
    The most popular yoga practice. The goal of Hatha is to achieve the unification of the mind, body, and spirit through physical exercises.
  • Kriya Yoga
    Invigorating practice that raises the energy of kundalini (“life force”) from the base of the spine, with the help of meditation and asanas.
  • Restorative Yoga
    A dynamic yoga practice that focuses on the power of inhaling and exhaling through asanas, pranayama, and bandhas.
  • Yoga Exercise
    This is a unique combination of yoga asanas, therapeutic gymnastics, relaxation, and meditative poses in a hammock with no load on the spine.

Our practices are perfect for people of all ages and skill levels. We suggest trying group and individual practices of all styles. Our light and spacious studios create a relaxing atmosphere, and the experienced teachers will help you gain balance
